About Us
Located 30
miles south west of Glasgow on the Clyde coast, the Association was
formed in 2000 for the purpose of purchasing 770 properties from
Scottish Homes throughout Irvine and
neighbouring
areas of Kilwinning and Dreghorn.
The
organisation currently owns 704 houses and 205 garage units. We provide
a management factoring service to over 250 owners and a factoring
service to a further 1,200 owners in the area.
The town of
Irvine is small and affords views across the Clyde towards the Isle of
Arran. Irvine is in the North Ayrshire Council area which has a
diverse economy and both rural and urban centres. The population is some
47,000 including the areas of Kilwinning and Dreghorn.
Glasgow
Prestwick International airport is 11 miles to the south and is becoming
home to a number of low cost airline carriers.
Being a New
Town the housing stock is predominantly low rise and well spaced out.

Photographed to the right is the town centre of Irvine taken on a
summers afternoon. This will be quite familiar with all tenants who
either use the local bus services or take advantage of ample free
parking around the town. The residential areas are relatively wide and
open with a number of green spaces.
