ANCHO GIVES OLDER TENANTS A CHRISTMAS TREAT - AGAIN!!

ANCHO have again offered every one of their tenant’s over
60 year of age Christmas lunch or a Christmas hamper this year,
following the overwhelming success of the gesture last year, in
celebration of ANCHO’s 5th anniversary. Earlier this
month, ANCHO contacted all tenants over 60, offering them a hamper. And
the 179 who chose a hamper
 received
an assortment of Christmas treats, hand-delivered by ANCHO staff before
Christmas day.
Elaine Gibson, Director, said, ‘Following the appreciation expressed by
our older tenants last year, we felt that we had to keep the hamper
going. It is our chance to give something back to our tenants other
than just the services they pay us for. We know that older people can
find Christmas expensive, and we hope the contents of our hampers help a
little.’
In
the last week before Christmas, chocolate gifts were also given to any
children who visited ANCHO’s office. |
