ANCHO is a progressive and innovative housing association that aims to meet housing need within North Ayrshire. Recently inspected by Communities Scotland, we were awarded a 'B' grade for Housing Management and a 'C' grade for Property Maintenance, and we are committed to continuing to provide a high quality customer-focused service. ANCHO currently own and manage over 900 properties in Ayrshire and provide factoring services to over 250 owner occupiers.
